Historic sites reopening between May 27 and June 10
(Minnesota) — May 11th, 2022 — Ten Minnesota historic sites will soon be ready to greet visitors again for the summer season with new programs, events, lectures, workshops, classes, performances and guided tours.
MNHS sites reopening include:
- May 27, Charles Lindbergh House and Museum
- May 27, Folsom House
- May 28, Comstock House
- May 28, Historic Forestville
- May 28, Historic Fort Snelling
- May 28, Mille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post
- June 1, Forest History Center
- June 1, Jeffers Petroglyphs
- June 3, Snake River Fur Post
- June 10, Oliver Kelley Farm

MNHS sites including the James J. Hill House, Lower Sioux Agency, Mill City Museum, Minnesota History Center, Minnesota State Capitol, Split Rock Lighthouse and the W.W. Mayo House are currently open with events and exhibits.
Trail sites are also open for Birch Coulee Battlefield, Traverse des Sioux, Marine Mill, Lac qui Parle Mission and Fort Ridgley.
